An Haute Cuisine must be always accompanied by a perfect presentation and an excellent service and in order to achieve it we have shaped a team that covers all the requests a catering service call for; a committed team that works to give a solution to all you may need, because we believe it’s the little details in life that make a big difference.
We have a unique aim: turn your event into a memory.
The team at the cuisine is headed by our executive Chef Mª Àngels Caparrós, formed by the prestigious Hofmann Culinary School in Barcelona and mentored by Mey Hofmann herself. Mª Àngels has also a large experience in the events and gastronomy business.
Her cuisine, which has been awarded by the Roca brothers, is personal and sincere, Mediterranean tradition and with a great respect for the products and the territory but also adding ingredients and techniques from other culinary cultures.
