The team at the cuisine is headed by our executive Chef M\u00aa \u00c0ngels Caparr\u00f3s, formed by the prestigious\u00a0<\/strong>Hofmann Culinary School in Barcelona and mentored by Mey Hofmann herself. M\u00aa \u00c0ngels has also a large experience in the events and gastronomy business.<\/h6>\n
Her cuisine, which has been awarded by the Roca brothers, is personal and sincere, Mediterranean tradition and with a great respect for the products and the territory but also adding ingredients and techniques from other culinary cultures.<\/h6>\n
